Merit scholarships and discounts are offered to students who score high in the entrance examination. A limited number of need-based scholarships are also on offer. Tuition changes should not affect current students on contract.
*Students who do not attend Summer Semester classes need to make up for coursework covered. 

**The Annual Tuition and fees for scholarship and sponsored students are $2,000 for all undergraduate majors (Engineering and non-engineering). The fees also cover summer course tuition, graduation, and diploma fees.

Tuition Payment Plan & Discounts 

Tuition payment is due upon registration and can be divided into three quarterly payments. Registration will be dropped from the system for students who do not pay tuition within seven days of registering for a course. Only students who pay their full tuition during the first week of the Semester can qualify for a 10% discount.

Students can arrange to pay the tuition in installments with the finance office. There is a one-time, Non-Refundable $40 Administrative fee for installment payments. Three quarterly (every three months) payments per year work for many students.

Tuition Refunds for University Degree Programs

  • 100% Full refund – if you drop a course up to 7 days after the posted first class meeting.
  • 80% Partial refund – if you drop a course in 8 to 14 days after the posted first class meeting.
  • No refund – if you drop a course 14 days after the posted first class meeting.
  • Fees are not refundable.
