CAMPUS LIFE

City University (CU) Students enjoy subsidized, low-cost refreshments and meals at food service facilities on each campus. Camel Lattes and fish sambusa are the hottest sellers.

Breakfast, lunch, and camel lattes are served on all campuses. Residents can also have dinner at the K4 and Marine campuses. A lunch is provided to all CU employees in the university’s all-hands quarterly meetings.

The cafe also serves refreshments for visitors, and all cafe seating areas are covered with WIFI access.

Shuttle bus services are free for CU students and staff between the campuses throughout the day. Departure and arrival times are published every semester. Many students and staff members arrive at our K4-Campus using the abundant and inexpensive public transport systems and catch the shuttle bus to the other campuses.

Similarly, periodic educational field trips are arranged for students inside and outside Mogadishu using CU Buses. Buses are also used for high school student visits to City University.

City University bookstores allow students to procure textbooks, notebooks, and university memorabilia. The bookstore also offers inexpensive copying facilities and fulfills all the stationery needs of the campus community.
